1. Application description
BW series insulation gear pump is designed to transport thickened, solidified or crystallized at room temperature and maintain temperature and easy to flow media, such as asphalt, paraffin, rosin, heavy oil, resin and similar properties of liquids, the temperature is not higher than 300℃.
The main parts of the pump body are provided with a hollow circulating sandwich, and are provided with an inlet and outlet interface, which can be used for heat transfer oil, steam, hot water, cold water and other media to heat, keep warm and cool the liquid and the pump. When the conveying viscosity is large, the transmission mode such as reducer, speed regulating motor or pulley should be used to reduce the speed of the pump.
The pump can be made of stainless steel and is used to transport liquids with high sanitary requirements or corrosive conditions.
